Nothing But Thieves have teamed up with Purple Disco Machine and Duke Dumont for new electro indie-pop single ‘Something On My Mind’.
Nothing But Thieves are of course coming in hot following the release of their recent ‘Dead Club City’ album, which bagged them their first-ever UK #1 album.
The new disco-inflected tune has been honed by NBT’s Dom Craik on production, and further enhanced by chart-topping producer Duke Dumont and – following a friendship born out of playing live shows together – Purple Disco Machine.
It arrives with a slick, cinematic visual directed by Denisha Anderson at independent film studio Caviar. Have a watch and a listen below.
‘Something On My Mind’ also arrives ahead of Nothing But Thieves’ UK tour, for which the support acts have recently been announced.
Kid Kapachi will be joining the band for all dates except the November 10 and the Belfast and Dublin shows; King Nun will be performing at every date; and Everything Everything will be there for the London November 10 show.
