Songwriter and performer Poppy has announced UK headline tour dates, as well as supporting dates for Bad Omens in Europe.
With her new album ‘Zig’ now just a little over a month away, Poppy has announced a number of shows for next year.
First off, she’ll be supporting Bad Omens across Europe in January, kicking-off in Berlin’s Columbiahalle on January 27.
Bad Omens are, of course, flying high at the minute following their critically and commercially successful ‘The Death Of The Peace Of Mind’ LP released last year – in addition to talk of them working on brand-new material.
And once Bad Omens’ ‘Concrete Forever’ tour concludes in Europe at Milan’s Alcatraz on February 11, Poppy will be heading over to the UK to kickstart a run of UK headline shows of her own.
This will begin in Manchester on Valentine’s Day (February 14) and conclude with two nights at London’s Koko on February 20 and 21.
Of course, these dates not only follow Poppy’s recent co-headline tour alongside Rock Sound’s recent cover star PVRIS, but will arrive following the release of ‘Zig’.
Last week, the singer shared the latest cut from the album: the darwave-inspired ‘Motorbike’.
