Watch: Scene Queen Shares Video For Angsty New Single ‘Pink Push-Up Bra’

Scene Queen has dropped her latest empowering metalcore anthem, with ‘Pink Push-Up Bra’ out now – along with a brand-new video that’s just dropped.

The new tune follows the release of the New Yorker’s track ‘18+’, which arrived in March and was directed at calling out sexual abuse in the music industry.

‘Pink Push-Up Bra’ carries an equally powerful message and has been labelled by the singer as “probably my most rage filled song and one of my heaviest”, with the origins of the track best described in the artist’s own words:

“I wanted a song about finally getting the justice you deserve because I realise that doesn’t happen for a lot of women. I was having a not so great day that ended up turning into one of my new favourite songs.

“The idea for the song actually came to me in the shower as I was getting ready for the studio session because I was feeling very triggered that day.

“I was an hour late to the session because of it, but knew it would be a quick write. The whole song top to bottom took about 2.5 hours total to write and record.

“I hope anyone that relates gets the justice they deserve or at least can use it as an outlet for all the complex emotions that go along with the trauma of assault.”

‘Pink Push-Up Bra’ arrives its own video that just dropped – have a watch below.

Scene Queen will be embarking on a UK tour this October, with support from Delilah Bon.
