Tigercub Drop Powerful New Single ‘Swoon’ Ahead Of New Album

‘Swoon’ is the latest track to be taken from Tigercub’s forthcoming album, ‘The Perfume Of Decay’. 

Set for release on June 02, ‘The Perfume of Decay’ will be released via Loosegrove Records, the label co-founded by Pearl Jam guitarist Stone Gossard, who’s been a long-time champion of the band.

Today’s release follows the release of singles ‘Play My Favourite Song’ and their upcoming album’s title track.

Describing the new single, frontman Jamie Hall has described its origins, saying:

“When I first moved away from Sunderland to live in Brighton, I thought I would never look back. However, as the years have passed, I’ve grown more and more homesick and have realised my deep yearning to reconnect with my roots in the north of England. 

“‘Swoon’ is about uncovering those feelings and addressing them. The track is brooding, dynamic and explosive, a taster of things to come from ‘The Perfume of Decay’.”
