Broadside Enlist Magnolia Park’s Joshua Roberts For New Single ‘Bang’

Broadside have shared their latest single ‘Bang’, featuring Joshua Roberts of Magnolia Park.

Today’s new track follows the release of Broadside singles ‘One Last Time’ and ‘Cruel’ – and it’s as punchy as its title suggests.

‘Bang’ is all about facing your inner demons and arrives with a video that sees the band taking a long hard look at themselves – have a watch and a listen below.

Speaking about the track’s message, Broadside vocalist Oliver Baxxter has explained more about how, despite its upbeat sound, ‘Bang’ has a very introspective message, saying:

“‘Bang’ is a song about feeling like you’re living in a haunted body. It’s a representation of the lifelong battle with our own mind. Eventually you turn around and embrace that it all comes to an end.”

The new track arrives just ahead of the band playing several shows in the US this month, including dates with Roberts’ Magnolia Park, and with Set It Off.

In late September, Broadside are also set to be the special guests supporting The Maine for a free show – yes, free – at Domain Northside in Austin, Texas.
